Creative Writing Workshop & Performance with Sara Routh and Patresa Hartman

About the Event

World traveled and award-winning singer/songwriters Sara Routh and Patresa Hartman will share an intimate gathering of folks who want to celebrate the creativity in all of us. Their mission during this two-day workshop is to help you tap into your inner creative voice by providing mentorship and guidance. Routh and Hartman will inspire writers of all skill levels from concept to construction.

Surrounded by the sounds of Decorah’s natural wildlife and under the bright starlight, these two musical storytellers will send you on a journey through their heartfelt life’s adventures.

You are also invite to join a Meet & Gather around bonfire prior to the workshop on at 6:30pm on Friday October 1 at the Sugar Loom, Fern Hollow (also known as Center for Belonging Folk School).
